Do you want to live more holistically and go low-tox but don’t know where to start?

What if there was a way to partner biblical parenting with holistic homemaking so you had the systems, routines, and mindset to actually have more time and balance between home and motherhood?

It’s possible, Let me show you how!

In the Wholesome Mumma find conversations on biblical parenting for the SAHM Christian mum, a holistic view on homemaking and how you can make small changes to better your homemaking plus tips and tricks for staying on top of the housework whilst balancing time with God, your husband, children and even yourself.

I’m Elyse, lover of Jesus, married to my best friend, mum of 3 littles and living life on the beach. I remember what it was like to be a new mum - I was frustrated with motherhood, drowning in housework, and struggling to find time to balance it all. I wondered how to help my kids know Jesus when I couldn’t get my toddler to stop throwing a tantrum long enough to open the bible. I went on a journey to discover God’s plan and purpose for mothers. 3 John 1:2 says “I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in good health, just as your soul prospers” and I know this includes mothers.

So if you are ready to lean on Jesus in your motherhood, find contentment in homemaking and all that God has for you in this season then grab your cup of tea, reheat it, because you know, and let’s go!

207/ Is Your Overwhelm More Than Just A Long To-Do List?

Hey Mumma, I get it! As a mum we have a constant to do list going through our mind and that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, especially when we can't tick things off it. But what if your overwhelm is more than just because you have things to do, more than just keeping on top of the house? Sometimes we have "internal overwhelm" that is actually causing external factors to seem more mentally consuming than they should be.
Today on the podcast I am chatting about TWO things that may be contributing to your overwhelm. And the good news is we have total control over these things and therefore can make changes, which I share in the episode too.
    Be blessed,

Empowering <3

I’ve been listening to Elyse’s podcast since I found it in October 2023 and I can’t say enough good things about it. Thanks to Elyse, I’m on the right track to live a low-tox life (I took her course, too, which I can only recommend) and I have gotten so much encouragement regarding being a stay-at-home mother. She has great advice from a Christian perspective and the guest speakers she has had were all a blessing to me.
Elyse is a wonderful human being and I’m grateful for her support!

So helpful and encouraging!

As a new mom, I’ve struggled to keep up with all the housework, baby tasks, and most importantly precious time with the Lord. This podcast has been such an encouragement to me and helped me start small to gradually form essential habits and routines. I listen weekly and feel so much less overwhelmed and motivated with each episode!
