If you're looking for a DETAILED and PRACTICAL podcast to help you achieve a proper work-life balance, then take a listen! Even more so if you think that a decent work-life balance isn't attainable. Before learning about Why Not 3 I had too many things on my plate and not enough time. Now, I have the same amount of stuff on my plate, but I have kicked procrastination to the curb (for real) and am exceling in various areas of my life. This isn't a magic pill or podcast to make your worries disappear, but it's definitely a step in the right direction. If you're stressed out and need something to change I highly recommend this podcast! It's full of advice of how to implement changes in your own life immediately and teaches you the skills you need to handle stressors in your work and your life.
