I think I need to listen to more?

I stopped after the third episode. I guess I was a little turned off when I finished the episode with Dr. Stephanie. I was trying to give this podcast a chance. I had a hard time listening to the accent of the first host, but definitely feel in love with her when she told her story—so, I could get over that part. Then they introduced the second host who is a mom and I feel like she didn’t really believe what she was saying herself. For example, her healthy was to eat food together and not feel guilty, however, when the two hosts were chatting about favorite food items it became apparent that was not so much the case. Her healthy seems to be foods with less calories.

I was super excited after finishing the first episode with Dr. Stephanie, but was a little turned off when it turned out that she was a Beachbody coach. I think it’s because I’m already a beachbody member and I really thought that I’d be learning new things? I think I also wasn’t quite ready for the wake up call that was repeated through the episode about being all alone and no one else is going to care for your body more than you, because after learning that I ended up eating medium fries from McDonald’s. 😬😬😬😬
