The art of practicing yoga International Yoga Day 2020 helps in controlling an individual's mind, body, and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; we all are celebrating International Yoga Day 2020 which helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength, and body tone in International Yoga Day 2020.  On this International Yoga Day 2020, we have interviewed Acharya Advait Yogbhushan a Yogi, Drawing experience from a variety of lives lived off the mat— be it the Master degree in yoga, the degree in Naturopathy, the Master degree in English literature, the Neuro-linguistic programming path or the 700 hr of Yoga teacher training. He brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than making pretty shapes.
