Dr. Harvitz spent more than 11 years working in various orthopedic settings refining his manual therapy skills. He started his practice at the beginning of 2020 after years of being disenfranchised by the medical model, the insurance model, and other things.
After receiving a 40% pay cut in his previous job in 2019 due to the home health cuts that were taking place, he decided to look for a new job and couldn't find one. So he embarked on starting his practice, and three years down the line, he just hired an administrative assistant and now has two locations with 5 PTs under him.
