Episode 23--Wing-It Worldwide--New York...We Made It There, Then Went Home

Episode 23--Wing-It Worldwide--New York...We Made It There, Then Went Home

(Season Three) New York City may be the most overwhelming city on Earth, but it's also quite arguably a much friendlier place since the tragic event of 9/11 over eighteen years ago. Walking around Manhattan, you're almost certain to see 'that guy from that thing' along with endless other sights AND sounds. And what's a trip to the 'Big Apple' without taking a bite out of it? We celebrate New York Pizza, delis, Little Italy and Chinatown. We also mention the world's cleanest restrooms in Times Square, getting off the island for a visit to Brooklyn and Queens, expose our obvious ignorance about Uber and weirdly end up talking like New Yorkers...I guess. Episode 22--Wing-It Worldwide--Hong Kong All Along

(Season Three) Hong Kong is a true feast for the senses. Uniquely blending centuries of Asian culture with more recent British influence, the adventure starts as soon as you land at the airport. Brave drunk taxi rides, soaring cable car rides and challenging street food for one of the most exciting urban experiences imaginable. Be sure not to miss the iconic view from Victoria Peak, whether it's during the daytime, at night, or BOTH. Oh, and by the way, I know I mispronounced 'Kowloon'...but on the plus side, I Googled the real translation and most every Westerner does! Episode 21--Wing-It Worldwide--Ay Chihuahua...Y Durango, Y Coahuila, Y Nuevo Leon

    Episode 21--Wing-It Worldwide--Ay Chihuahua...Y Durango, Y Coahuila, Y Nuevo Leon

(Season Three) Emily's mom is originally from Northern Mexico, so it was only a matter of time before we went to visit la familia. The problems all started when our vehicle of choice for this road trip was a bright yellow Hummer with Texas tags. They continued when Mexico threw just about every challenge we could think of at us, and then a few more we could never have been prepared for. Nevertheless, we were in for one of the more memorable adventure travel experiences ever. (Season Three) It's no secret that Kenya is one of our favorite countries. Episode 18--Wing-It Worldwide--Georgia Grapes, Not Peaches

(Season Two) The Republic of Georgia is one of the most underrated destinations on Earth. This former Soviet Socialist Republic has most recently made headlines for political strife, but has been famous for its wine for 8000 years. Indeed, it's the wine...and the food, people and majestic scenery of the Causasus Mountains that make Georgia so surprisingly wonderful. Tune into this episode for the full report on 'cave dining', former Soviet weirdness, unusual wine tours and--of course--the infamous 'beer wall'. Scot and Emily are the best!

I just love Scot and Emily's stories and banter, as an avid traveler I am always looking for insider secrets, so this is perfect!

First world problems

This is possibly one of the whitest-privledged, insensitive perspective travel synopsis I’ve ever been annoyed to listen to. I downloaded the Cairo episode as I’m traveling soon. Perhaps it’s this episode but I won’t be listening to anymore. Every stereotype about being an American traveler is reinforced by this. No depth, and like listening to a fraternity/sorority college student describing encountering the world around them.
