Matt Moore is an award-winning political and public affairs strategist who served as Chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party from 2013-2017.
 Prior to twice being elected SCGOP Chairman, Moore served as State Director for U.S. Senator Tim Scott, Executive Director for the S.C. Republican Party, Outreach Director for Governor Mark Sanford, Deputy Political Director for the national Republican Governors Association, Deputy Field Director and Software Engineer for the Georgia Republican Party, and Policy Assistant for Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue.
In 2018, Moore was a senior advisor to U.S. Congressman William Timmons’ winning campaign. In 2020, he was a chief strategist for the S.C. Senate Republican Caucus independent expenditure campaign, which helped to defeat three incumbent Democratic state senators. In 2022, he was a senior advisor to Congressman Russell Fry’s campaign, which ultimately defeated a 5-term incumbent. Moore also served as a chief strategist on the highly competitive 2022 primary and general election campaigns that elected South Carolina Superintendent of Education Ellen Weaver.
