As a young mom, Natalie found herself displaying scary levels of anger which frequently led to her drowning in guilt and shame. She didn't even recognize herself anymore. Fearing that she would ruin her and her kids’ lives, she became desperate for a solution. She tried psychotherapy for 4 years only to find that she was still struggling. It wasn’t until she sought God that she found sustained healing, and now she is teaching overrun, burnt out moms everywhere how to overcome their overwhelm-anger-guilt cycle so that they can be present and live joyfully.
