Listening to the podcasts was life changing

I happened upon this podcast almost by accident. I was receiving emails from another “anti-diet” coach, who was interviewed by the hosts Dana and Bridget. Their easy going spirit and passion for the topic drew me in. I started listening to their podcasts, especially the success stories. I decided to do their master class and signed upon for the free session. I was hooked and gave their program a shot. It really has changed my life for the better. I have gone through many episodes and have followed some of their guests. I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for me.
