Great, dynamic game, fun piece of fanfiction.

Wizard Cops is a great podcast for Harry Potter fans, and it's a shame it's not more popular. The basic idea is it's an rpg about being aurors in the corrupt and fantastic Magical New York City.

But it's much more than that. These guys are huge Harry Potter fans. Bigger than me, and probably bigger than you. They bring all the passion of waiting until midnight to get the new book into the podcast, giving way to a bunch of great characters and scenarios.

We've got Charlie, a cat anamagus who basically uses his cat form to spli off from the party and constantly be put into mortal danger,
Eric, a rich southern gentleman who speciallizes in voodoo. This results in a lot of parseltongue and enchanting clothes to grab people.
and Dean, an ex-mobster and seemingly the laziest and drunkest of the group, he hides a heart of gold and a wand that should have "overkill" written along the side.

And this is ignoring the great npcs, like Cordelia, Felicity, and Mr. Dustin, (he's a house elf who owns a small business and is the actual best) villains, like the chief, the Apothecary, and Damian Avery, and the amazing situations, like Riddle: the Musical, the battle at the magical library, and demetors at Christmas.

Honestly, I'm looking forward to Magical Beasts, but I doubt it could make magic as American as Wizard Cops while still giving their nods to the books we grew up with.
