Abigail Disney "The Armor of Light"

SO well done. An intimate conversation with the director (Abigail Disney) about her film "The Armor of Light". Through her film, she wants to explore and advocate for finding (y)our way into heartfelt conversations with those people with whom you disagree. We are all in the middle of this phenomenon. Today's culturally triggering polarize and make thoughtful conversation a shouting match or keep us quiet, seething and stifled can be starting places to create connections. It is possible to listen and speak to shine light on circumstances not force hearts and minds into the dark corners of fear and shame and guilt: a powerful trio of silencers..
