Today, I'm talking to Jim Carkner, a former Green Beret, husband, Dad, and financial advisor who found CrossFit when his pants let him know that he wasn't the fit beret that he used to be. He recently took 2nd at Wodapalooza in the Master's 50-54 division and is hoping to compete in the Master's division at the CrossFit Games.
He shares not only about his fitness journey but how he changed his eating habits, because as he says, you can't out work bad eating habits.
