    067: The Power of Intentional Motherhood, Wealth, and Spirituality

    Imagine this: It’s a quiet morning. The house is still, the world outside not yet demanding your attention. You’re standing there, a cup of something warm in hand, and a thought enters your mind—not loud, but persistent. What am I really leaving behind? Not just in business or career, but in every part of life. Your relationships. Your children. The way you’re remembered. It’s the kind of thought that stirs something deep within you—something ancient, something sacred.   In this episode, we’re diving into legacy. Not just the legacy of success and achievement—although that’s part of it—but the legacy of love, of healing, of becoming the woman you’re called to be in both the quiet, unseen moments and the bold, audacious ones.     066: Trust, Surrender, and Bold Moves

    This is the season of miracles. Yes, miracles. But we’re not talking about wishful thinking or “good vibes only.” We’re talking about bold, soul-led action. We’re talking about trusting God on a level that makes your heart race a little because it requires letting go of control.   I know so many of you feel like you’re on the edge of something big. Like there’s this bubbling energy just under the surface, but you’re not sure how to let it breakthrough. I want you to know this: there’s always a breakdown before the breakthrough. But on the other side of that wobble, when you move boldly, when you trust, when you surrender to divine timing, that’s where the miracle lives.   In today’s episode, I’m going to show you how to shift into miracle frequency; what that means, how it feels in your body, and the power of bold action.     It’s December—the season of miracles, reflections, and rekindled dreams.     062: The Dark Side of the Coaching Industry & Holding Sovereign Power

    Over the past week, I’ve witnessed some of the most dangerous and disheartening behavior within the coaching industry—things I honestly never thought I’d see. I was shaken. I was floored. And I knew I had to speak up.    This is your warning that this is a spicy episode because today we’re diving deep into some of the harmful practices that are being hidden behind shiny promises and big names in the coaching world. I’m not here to bash the industry—I love this space and the incredible impact it can have. But I can’t ignore the dark side that’s causing so much harm to clients who deserve better. From misleading marketing to false promises, and even dangerous actions during real-life emergencies, we need to shed light on these issues and call for change.   In this episode, I’m talking about: Harmful practices and misguided beliefs that impact clients' well-being. Coaches promoting superficial solutions and marketing themselves as “gurus” without offering true value. Misleading messaging in the industry. How the industry promotes constant hustle, leading to burnout and disconnection. How to avoid manipulative practices and choose authentic mentors. Inner peace vs. external success.
