Women of Inspiration™ Podcast - Preethi Balasubramanian - Human Resources Generalist
Preethi is an award-winning Administrative and Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience. I specialize in supporting senior executives, implementing diverse HR initiatives, and spearheading organizational growth. In her current role as the Human Resources Generalist at the Carpenters’ Regional Council, she plays a pivotal role in building HR processes and policies, overseeing internal communications, and implementing strategic initiatives.
As the Owner of Wonder EA, she provides comprehensive administrative support, social media management, HR consultancy, and executive assistance services to clients, including coaches and small entrepreneurs. Her educational background includes an MBA with a double major in Human Resources and Information Technology. I hold international certifications such as the Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant (ACEA) and designations like Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) and Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE). Actively involved in volunteer work, I contribute to the administrative profession and currently serve as the President of the Toronto Chapter of the Canadian Association of Administrative Professionals.
