She is the daughter and grand daugther of an insurer and a broker. She is passionate about her job and wants raising standards in the insurance industry.

She has been in charge of accounting, management control, investment and treasury, she also manages a team of 40 people.

In this episode, Chrystelle talks about her career path, professional equality and the place of women in the finance sector.
