    Criticism, accusation, and judgment are a part of real estate life, but I don’t like it and I’ll bet you don’t either. No one likes to feel the pain from another’s critical and harsh words. And it’s especially hurtful when what’s simply isn’t true.
    I’ve spoken to clients who tell me they have a hard time getting over hurtful words and it often affects productivity and the ability to lead effectively. But it doesn’t have to derail your role as a woman team leader. 
    And sometimes it’s even a blessing in disguise. I know, that’s a hard one to swallow right?
    Criticism is an opportunity to step back, reflect and learn a valuable lesson.  You want to retreat, dwell on the hurtful words, and lick your wounds but that isn’t helpful and inhibits your ability to grow as a person and as a real estate team leader.

    You’ve heard the breaking news. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) was the target of a Missouri class action lawsuit. The verdict came in and the NAR lost. What does it mean? How will it affect your real estate team? As a woman team leader, you’re looking for answers and a positive message to share with your real estate agents.
    I get it. As a team leader in real estate, I wanted my team and our clients to feel confident and positive about their real estate experience. And I know you do too.
