    • Relationships

Andrea and Tulsi sit down to discuss women's health and the impact our Pelvic Floor has on our intimate and sexual life.

Asking the right questions to your doctor and knowing/listening to your body are things we aren't taught growing up as women. We don't question diagnosis or treatments and can spend years without knwoing we had a condition that could have been easily been treated; Tulsi shared a story of a 70 year old patient who spent her entire life experiencing pain during sex and never questioned or knew why... until now.

If you have experienced trauma, chronic pain during your cycle, or discomfort during sex, please tune into this episode.
