Gentle & rejuvenating

I love the gentleness of this podcast ✨
I stumbled upon this as I was looking into cyclical living. The episodes create the illusion of sitting in on an informative, insightful, & rejuvenating Ted talk. I find myself drawn to tuning in right before or after meditative sessions/ceremonies to center or remain centered throughout my day, ponder on a thought, or reflect on my lifestyle. If you’re looking for inspiration on creating routine/rituals within your day to day life, I highly recommend tuning into this podcast regularly :)
