What issues do we face?

1. Family Rights: Our rights as wives and mothers in the household.

2. Reproductive Rights: Addressing issues with hospital birth and caesarean. Researching opportunities for natural childbirth.

3. Violence Against Women: Addressing domestic violence, sexual assault, and harassment.

4. Maternity Leave and Parental Rights: Ensuring adequate leave for childbirth and supporting parental responsibilities.

5. Education and Literacy: Ensuring equal access to education and opportunities for girls and women.

6. Healthcare Access: Including reproductive healthcare, maternal health, and general healthcare needs.

7. Child Marriage and Forced Marriage: Protecting young girls from early and forced marriages.

8. Workplace Discrimination: Addressing issues like gender bias, harassment, and lack of opportunities for women in the workforce.

9. Equal Pay: Women often earn less than men for doing the same job.

    Before:
    1. Labor preparation tea
    2. Labor positions
    3. Breathing techniques
    4. Delivery day supply list
    5. Tub and water hose/shower head
    6. Water thermometer
    7. Perinatal massage
    8. Pelvic muscles workout
    9. Have sex
    10. Freez food

    At the day of labor:
    1. Rest
    2. Eat - dates
    3. heating pad
    4. Magnesium oil
    5. Olive oil
    6. Oxigen inhaler
    7. Arnica oil
    8. No pain killers!
    9. Walk / squat
    10. Breath
    11. Active labor: contractions every 5 mins, 1 min long
    12. Dont stay in water too long (dont become a pickle)
    13. Epson

    After delivery:
    1. Skin to skin time
    2. Breastfeed
    3. Burn umbilical cord
    4. Burry placenta
    5. Swaddle baby
    6. Take pain killer
    7. Heating pad/ice packs
    8. Frozen period pads socked in witch hazel
    9. Massage therapy
