Wonky Hormones and How Yoga Can Change Everything Band of Mothers Podcast

We talk with senior yoga teacher (and mom!) Bridgette Shaw who embarked on a path to fix her hormones and drastically improve her quality of life through a very specific type of yoga practice called Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) Through learning and implementing this 30 minute practice every day, Bridgette was able to balance her horomones, improve her digestion, get rid of the rage that she carried daily and a host of other amazing recoveries.
It definitely sounds too good to be true, but Bridgette has also studied and taught yoga since 1998, and amazingly even a yogini isn't immune to PMS and the rest.
