Open Door vs. Closed Door Policies
Tom got up at the crack of dawn this morning in order to handle several meetings with Rockland News reporters, as well as a new member of his sales team for Rockland Web Design. In this slightly random episode, he congratulates his colleague, Joe Baratta, on the launch of his new book, Balancing Act, a great quick read for Real Estate and Home Improvement professionals. He also talks about the value of the open versus closed door policy in companies, and draws a parallel from the past - how Presidents managed their time, and handled their meetings with others, while in office.

Customer Reviews
Great Podcast. Very informative.
I really enjoy this podcast because it gives me awesome tips for my everyday life. I’ve listened to all the podcasts in one day (5 minutes or less). I can’t say enough about Tom he’s been an awesome friend over the years. I met him when I took a course he was teaching many moons ago.
Basic
Platitudes from someone who is overly impressed with themselves. I found little of use here. Not recommended
Good to know
As always Tom gives us the tools needed to be more successful. Clear and concise. Worth the five minutes !
