Is hybrid work the future?

The pandemic has kept employees at home, forcing companies to adopt a work-from-home arrangement that has not been done on such a global scale before. Now, some companies are reverting to the office setup with an option to still work remotely, raising the possibility that hybrid is now the “new normal.”
