Themes that any musician can relate to (and benefit from)

David is a natural interviewer who speaks to musicians with diverse styles and experiences. Episodes get into the unique details of the musical journeys traversed by his guests. The themes discussed touch on common and uncommon facets of being a working musician, something any musician can benefit from hearing.

... even if life doesn't allow for a regular touring or a full time band. Love hearing perspectives from musicians that may or may not have 'made' it, but are serious about their craft. This podcast is approachable... not too much up in your head, but not dumbed down. Great guests and topics. Keep up the good work! Thanks

Content si! Sound quality no!

I'm a solo piano player working 25 nights a month and I'm surprised there isn't much of a 'journeyman' community. This podcast is that. Even if the genre/venues are unfamiliar it's nice to hear the stories and tips. But....if you're driving in the car...the sound quality will drive you crazy.
