    Why I'm Still A Christian

    Why I'm Still A Christian

American Christianity sees many people stay in the church through their adolescent years and then leave through college and adulthood - but others stay in the church through adulthood. Why is that?

In this episode, Sharon & Lexi are talking about their personal reasons for staying in the church and the logic, reason, science, and faith that play into their decision.

Too many people believe that Christianity is for children and that believing in God is for the ill-informed. On the contrary, the more information that is gathered on how the universe works, and understanding personally who God is, demonstrates the undeniable truth of God's existence.

How to Tell if Your Inner 13 Year Old is Running Your Life

The junior high years are rough - but did you know that you can carry them with you into adulthood?

In this episode, Sharon & Lexi are talking about the science behind why the junior high years are so impactful for so many people, how we form identity messages as young teens, and how those identity messages impact us as adults.

Too many of us are still believing the lies we told ourselves as thirteen years old and it's time to lay those down and embrace the truth about the identity we have in Christ.

...straightforward, informative, relatable...

I found this podcast a few months ago and boy I am so glad I did! This podcast is a valuable tool for me as a new mom because it provides a platform for discussion. The episodes are reasonable in length - which is great for someone who doesn't have much free-time to sit and read. I often find myself chatting with my friends about the things I learn and the perspectives I hear on your show. Your podcast offers genuine straightforward and relatable content to people in all stages of life. It's entertaining and informative with a lighthearted undergirding that makes it enjoyable to listen to each week. I particularly appreciated your podcast about the inner 13 year old, it transformed my understanding of myself - sparking real growth in my life, which in turn has made me a better mom to my kids. Thanks ladies, keep it up - Amy

my podcast girl gang

I’m not much of a podcast person but I’ll always welcome a midweek coffee date with these two ladies. Lexi and Sharon have real life conversations about the questions we all have as twenty-something’s. You can see the passion they have for leading women in Christ. They taught me that the best isn’t already behind us or yet to come, but it’s here with us now if we choose to do life together with the women around us! Can’t wait for next week’s episode!
