Amazing Podcast!

I discovered this podcast last year and have loved every episode. It was the only podcast I could find that discussed the most important thing about creativity…the process. Loving the outcome of a discipline is one thing but falling in love with the process of getting there is truly beautiful. George Garrastegui (just the sound of the host’s name-you know it’s going to be cool), does a fantastic job of connecting with his guests and helping them tell their unique story. As someone who has always wanted to earn the title of “artist”, I find this podcast so encouraging. I am always smiling at the end of every episode, partly because I love the intro/outro music, but mostly because these stories remind me of how important creativity is in our lives. Please keep making podcasts!

Incredible series dedicated to showcasing artists of all kinds from all over. As a designer, I love hearing about different creative experiences and initiatives while gaining knowledge on how to keep growing myself. I can't pick just one favorite episode because I love them all!
Insightful, relatable, well-rounded

This podcast is an excellent take on getting a closer look at creatives' processes and journeys. The host does a great job interviewing his guests and gently steering the conversation, without being overly dominant or interrupting his guests. The pacing of the episodes makes listening to it very easy and enjoyable — the initial icebreaker at the beginning of each episode helps the host and his guests just as much as the listener to ease into each new guests personal journey. Beyond that, the production quality is remakrably high for a new podcast. Personal favorites include the #tinyartdirector and learning about the initial meeting between ep 4 guest David Soto and the host. It is the connection between the host and his guests that make these annecdotes so believable and enjoyable to listen to.
I like it. I want to hear more.

I was able to take a quick listen, and so far it like it. It is really good to hear how other creative arrive at their work. I want to hear what other guests he has on to learn from different perspectives.
