Persona - the way we behave or talk with other people that causes them to see you as a particular kind of person


Who we think, we are? How we see ourselves and how we act has a lot to do with it...as a man thinks in his heart
Who do we try to be? Are we trying to control people in who we are? As a minstrel we know the sound and the talk, etc and we try to control people in who we try to be, we must allow the Holy Spirit the control
Who people see when they encounter us? Are you the same person on stage as we minster and/or we faking it?
The most important PERSONA is how/what God sees in YOU/us, that God loves, God cares for us, that He has His Grace on us & Mercy, Love etc...

Bring me into alignment with You!

28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful. By it, we may serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe, 29 for our God is a consuming fire. (‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12‬‬:‭28-29‬ CSB)

The Spirit of Excellence in Worship Teams

1. To glorify Jesus by drawing people to Jesus

3. To edify people who are in the prayer room or in the worship service

4 He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church. 5 I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; for he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification. 6 But now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you unless I speak to you either by revelation, by knowledge, by prophesying, or by teaching?
