Worth the listen
I really enjoy the interchange between the hosts, who sound like a fun couple, and that their banter concentrates on the baking. Trying their hands at some of the challenges and reporting the results makes this an interesting and educational listen. I hope they have plans to continue.
Bagels
For a great NY bagel, you need a very hot oven, I think brick oven traditional. Pizza ovens are used too. Must be at least partially crispy on the outside. Chewy, not like a roll inside.
