Yaa Boakye holds a B.S. in Communication from Northwestern University. She is a certified personal trainer as well as a nutrition and dietetics certificate candidate. She has spent the last 10 years as a wellness entrepreneur. Her mission is to help people lose weight. She's working towards her goal of helping 1000 couples lose weight without exercising, rather using her strategic calorie counting and habit coaching method; so, they will have the skills to incorporate foods they love without guilt.
