I love the Yoga Girl Daily podcast because it provides me the space to sit still, listen intently, and dive deep in a short period of time! Sometimes it’s intimidating to block out time in the day, even 5 minutes, but I’ve found that this podcast helps me to calm down and center, providing a better flow to my day :)
