Love this podcast!

Donna has an incredible way with words, explaining, defining, and encouraging parents/teachers to do more yoga with kids! Her ideas and topics innovate yoga concepts for children. She makes you want to strive to help all kids achieve mindfulness! Her guests are delightful too!

Great topic but need a better microphone

I love this podcast. Great topics and guests. But the quality of the sound is very poor and hard to listen to. Would be so much better with a quality microphone

Inspired

It always refreshing to hear how mindfulness can be implemented in so many ways and no way is right or wrong. I also appreciate how we can modify all our tools and approaches so each child can assess a feeling of security and comfort.
