    This slow flow practice is all about feeling safe and strong in body, mind and heart. We’ll start with some self-massage for shoulders, do a lot of mobility and strength work, enjoy rhythmic flow, and work on some deep binds in triangle and half moon pose. After all that we’ll enjoy a long savasana. You need 2-3 blankets, a massage ball (optional), a strap, and a brick. (All Levels/60 Minutes)

Absolutely love Yoga with Adam!

Always easy to follow, safe tempo, helpful meditation and breathing prompts. Huge variety in classes and length of classes. I always walk away feeling better! It’s like getting a massage and a workout at the same time 😁 My boyfriend is now enjoying these routines with me too. I try to donate at least $5 every time. A live class anywhere else would be $15 or more. We are so lucky to have such easy, affordable access to these classes! Thank you, Adam! Namaste 🙏

SO good

Adam does such a great job of explaining each pose. He challenges you to go deeper but is also super Grace-filled, encouraging you to take it at your own pace. I love, love, love that he has episodes of different lengths and ones that focus on specific areas of the body. It truly allows you to customize your yoga experience. I can never say I don’t have enough time or I can’t do anything bc a certain muscle group is sore. Thank you Adam!!

Impeccable Yoga

These yoga podcasts have been my refuge during the pandemic. Adam’s descriptions of positions get me where I need to be even if I don’t know them. Somehow, he also anticipates how I can improve them, despite being on a recording. I’m wholly grateful that these are available for free and plan to get the Movement for Modern Life subscription as well.
