    Set up without shins crossed and blanket underneath tucked toes













































































    Elevate your legs on a bolster supported by two bricks. Back of knees and shins receive support. Feel free to lower the height of the bricks. Bricks should be leg width to provide proper support.

    Ep. 131 – Eka Pada Galavasana! (Flying Pigeon)

    This is a straight forward practice to develop Eka Pada Galavasana, commonly referred to as ‘Flying Pigeon Pose.’ We will do a bit of hip warm-up, the shape on our back, a little flow, and then use bricks to help us fold into it, and then take them away and see how we go. Remember the stages of the pose are (see photos below):







    * Raise heel off floor

    * Raise bottom foot up, heel to bum

    * Lift bottom knee away from body and back

    * Straighten bottom leg away – balancing reach of leg back with reach of chest forward







    You will need two bricks, although you can practise without them.

Quality and variety

There’s so much to choose from, and it’s so easy to follow each flow if you have the yoga basics down. I love that I can just put one of Adam’s podcasts on when I’m traveling, can’t get to a class, or just want a quick break during my work day. It’s unbelievably generous of him to share!

One of the Best!

Adam is by far one of the best online, at home, podcast, app, you name it, yoga instructors. He is just an amazing yoga instructor period! I would love to attend a class with him live, and will be visiting his page to see how I can support him. I’m grateful that he keeps adding content. The classes are engaging and challenging for different levels, however if you are brand new to yoga, I highly recommend you take several classes, watch some videos, etc., so you know which poses he’s talking about. I went from being bi-coastal to living in TX for work, but I feel like I never left my old yoga studios in NY and CA. Thank you Adam!
