Your Story Has Power
Ivy Watts, graduate of Boston University with her Masters in Public Health currently works in the healthcare field in Boston. As a former student-athlete who appeared to have it all together, who graduated college with Summa Cum Laude honors and as a top 30 finalist for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award, on the inside struggled daily with anxiety, lack of self-worth and suicidal thoughts. After leaving an emotionally toxic relationship, and finally learning self-love, Ivy is now dedicated to promoting mental wellness and reducing stigma around mental illness by sharing her personal story through her blog, Beautifully Simply You, to empower others to speak their truths, continue to fight for their tomorrow and know that we are never alone.
