Netflix recently released a new docu-series titled, You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment. Today, I want to share my personal review of the series so that you know what’s true, what’s not true, what to listen to, and what to ignore. This week I felt compelled to forego an interview episode and break down the new Netflix Documentary called You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment. In this documentary, they took 22 identical twins and had one of the twins eat a plant-based diet and the other an omnivorous diet which is a diet of meat and plants.

The documentary claims its goal is to see which diet is the healthiest when two people who have the same DNA consume it.
