Consider Keep Showing Up
When was the last thing you committed to something, but didn't follow through on?
ALL judgments aside!
This is not about being perfect, but rather it's about waking up to noticing the excuses you may be making in your life (whether you are aware of them or not) that are holding you back from being the person you truly want to be and living the life you truly want to live.
In every moment you have the opportunity to make a choice.
It's just that sometimes we make excuses for why we can't show up as our best selves.
We all do this... but, why?
Tune in to hear more and to consider how you may want to notice more about what's going on in the moments when you face emotional challenges so you can be more deliberate with your actions!

Consider NOW is the best time as any
When you feel a strong emotion coming on - whether you're feeling anxious, sad, frustrated, or annoyed - it's quite easy to get sucked into holding on to that emotion.
Or, as I call it - getting "stuck."
But the truth is, with every stuck spot comes a choice.
You can get emotionally unstuck from the emotions that tend to hijack you, and NOW is the best time as any to do so.

The 90 Day Deal and an interview with Paula Spack
If you could challenge yourself to do one thing for 90 Days, what would it be?
One of the members of my Living Deliberately Circle decided to commit to 90 days of exercising - 20 minutes a day.
The journey that she traveled on during this time wasn't necessarily to reach a goal, but rather to strengthen the relationship she has with herself.
Tune in to hear Paula's story!

Emotional (Disordered) Eating
There is an emotional element to everything in life.
And that includes eating.
As humans, we have a tendency to want to avoid feeling uncomfortable emotions - and that resistance can lead to us numbing our emotions.
Some people have a tendency to turn to alcohol or drugs or social media or Netflix to avoid feeling hard feelings.
And others turn to food.
And I'm one of those people.
Emotional (or disordered) eating can lead to serious health problems. Unfortunately, most people turn to dieting before they turn to the root cause of their problems, which is, of course, being able to handle their emotions during everyday emotional situations in their life.
In this week's podcast, you will hear my journey with emotional (and disordered) eating and the approach I am taking to resolve it.

A good stop & reflect podcast
I just recently found this podcast & I’m really enjoying the topics & style that Shira discusses. She makes me stop & reflect on the things in my head & what’s going on around me. I like her unpretentious delivery. It’s like listening to a wise friend.
Small steps lead to a positive big picture outlook.
I recommend this podcast for anyone going through a challenging phase and wanting to make changes - big or small - in their life or perspective. Listening helps me feel more hopeful for myself and my capacity to grow and learn and change in my relationships. Her strategies are also remarkably easy to understand and don't make me feel overwhelmed. A huge plus!
How Do You Want To Show Up Each Day?
I started listening to Shira’s podcasts about 2 years ago. She shares her own stories using her method of Living Deliberately that truly resonate with me. I look forward each week to her podcast to learn and hear how she uses her method to stay CLEAR and unSTUCK. Shira shares a wide range of relatable topics from her life. Each story is well reasoned and insightful on how to Live Deliberately each day. I have recommended her podcast to so many. Each have come back to thank me for introducing them to Shira’s podcast and books. I highly recommend to all.
