TARDISinScarlet ,

a good show

ive read a lot of evangelion analyses, but these guys somehow always introduce me to some new concept (i.e. eva's use of negative capability) and Definitely know what theyre talking about. they also have a pretty good sense of humor.

update 9/6/17: this podcast came to me in a dream last night. the smooth jazz opening reverberated through my astral skull and i bragged to all my friends. 9.8/10 would dream again

Review:

Ironically, the host who loves the series, hasn’t actually watched ANY thing else in the anime world aside from Akira.
He didn’t even know what the concept behind Neo Tokyo was, he confused it with
Tokyo-3 from the anime series.

Their use of the word “authoratative” in the description is beyond misleading. Their title is correct in the sense that, neither one can stay on topic for longer than 2 sentences, before one of them cracks an unrelated inside joke ultimately derailing whatever actual discussion they were having, making this podcast a very difficult listen.

I laughed, I cried, I listened to this podcast for one day and became a buddha. This made driving incredibly difficult as I could no longer distinguish between my lane and oncoming traffic as all become one.
