You don’t get to 22 episodes of YCHTG without making a few enemies. Finally, we’re doing it! We close out Drama Month with our favorite film of the 2010’s, in our opinion, the best film of the 2010’s, and also one of the greatest films ever made, The Social Network! This episode was so much shorter than we initially thought but we jammed a lot in so get ready. As always stay tuned to the end of the episode where we find out what the next genre will be!

#21 - There Will Be Blood

Is our show the third revelation? No, but There Will Be Blood is the third Paul Thomas Anderson film we’ve done, and the second in a row. What can we say, the man makes great films.  Some say this is the greatest American movie of the 21st century so far. Do you agree? Did we? Let’s see together! Next week we conclude Drama Month with what is maybe Ndegwa’s favorite movie so get ready, because we definitely are.

    #19 - Whiplash

If you don’t like the sound of drums this is probably not the movie for you. Today we’re talking about the 2014 masterpiece Whiplash! This is the first week of our Drama Month (our regular listeners can probably assume what movie will close out the month). Drama being the largest category, it was very difficult to narrow it down to only four, so we kinda just picked some of our favorite dramas of all time. We’re only human.

#18 - Top 10 Films of 2020 (with Johnny Mocny & Ayden Soupal)

Yes it’s finally that time. The moment you’ve all (well at least we) have been waiting for, the Top 10 Films of 2020! This was a giant episode and we were joined once again by Johnny Mocny & Ayden Soupal. Many films were explored, debated, and celebrated, which is why it’s so very long. But it was so much fun and well worth the listen. Next time it’ll probably be shorter, but love is very big and we hope you have as much fun listening as we had talking about some of best films in the worst year.
