    92. The 10 Things I’d Tell You If You Think You’re Failing

I’m in the middle of my 10 hard seasons series...if you think you’re failing, want you to hear this: your brain is wired to show you what isn’t working. That does not mean nothing is working. In this episode, I’m sharing the 10 things I would want you to know if you feel like you’re failing in your business, your parenting, your goals, your habits, your marriage, or just in life. This is for the high achiever whose brain keeps offering, “you’re behind,” “it’s not working,” or “maybe this means you should quit.” I talk about why your brain on factory settings will always try to fail ahead of time, why people who care deeply are the ones most likely to think they’re failing, why comparison is poison, why most people quit in the liminal space, and why failure only becomes final if you decide it does. I also share what I’ve learned through podcasting, building businesses, changing careers, closing things that were no longer aligned, and learning how to separate facts from the story my brain wants to tell. This episode will help you stop using failure as evidence against yourself and start using it as information, data, and direction. If this episode resonated and you want to actually practice this work in real time, I host Teachings & Practice every Thursday. It’s a live space where I teach these concepts, answer questions, and help you apply them to your real life, not just understand them intellectually. 91. 10 Things I Want You to Know If Money Makes You Anxious

If money makes you anxious, I made this episode for you AND you're not alone. There are so many people especially women walking around functioning, working, raising kids, building businesses, taking care of everyone… while silently panicking about money. The kind of panic that lives in the chest. The kind that makes you avoid your bank app. The kind that makes you feel like you’re behind, failing, or one step away from everything falling apart. This episode is me telling you the truth: money can be a trigger, but it’s rarely the root. The root is what your nervous system learned about safety, support, control, receiving, and worth. In this episode I share the 10 things I want you to know if money feels heavy, scary, or shameful. I talk about how we use money the same way we use food sometimes, as a regulator. I talk about why “more money” doesn’t automatically create peace, and why some people have plenty and still live in fear. And I talk about how you can rewire this relationship so you can look at your numbers without collapsing into shame. Because the goal isn’t perfection. The goal is leadership. The goal is being the kind of woman who can face the truth, stay steady, and make empowered decisions even when it’s uncomfortable. If this episode resonated and you want to actually practice this work in real time, I host Teachings & Practice every Thursday. It’s a live space where I teach these concepts, answer questions, and help you apply them to your real life, not just understand them intellectually. 90. How to Get Out of Your Own Way, and Stay There (Live Talk)

Stop trying to fix yourself. You’re solving for the wrong thing. Most people can get out of their own way for a day. The problem is staying there. In this live talk, I break down why so many capable people feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or one step away from burnout, even when they’re doing “all the right things.” This isn’t a motivation speech. It’s a leadership conversation. You’ll learn: Why identity is your default leadership, not your personalityHow protectors like the inner critic, perfectionist, procrastinator, victim, and scarcity show up under pressureWhy burnout doesn’t come from your circumstances, it comes from the identity leading inside the circumstanceThe simple framework I use to shift from factory settings to intentional self leadershipHow to create emotional safety in your body, so your mind gets quiet and you can move forward with clarityIf you’ve ever felt like you want to go one direction but your body pulls you another, this episode will explain exactly why, and what to do about it. Want support? If this episode resonated and you want to actually practice this work in real time, I host Teachings & Practice every Thursday. 88. 10 Things I’d Want You to Know If You’re Ready to Quit on Yourself

Hard seasons don’t mean you’re failing. They mean something inside you is being asked to lead differently. In this episode, I walk you through 10 things I’d want you to know if you’re ready to quit on yourself—based on the seasons where I wanted to quit and didn’t. You’ll hear exactly: What’s actually happening internally when quitting feels temptingWhy fear and protection often masquerade as logicHow I stopped letting emotions dictate my decisionsWhy staying present changed my energy, clarity, and confidenceWhat it looks like to stay self-led without certaintyThis is for anyone who knows they’re meant for more and refuses to walk away from themselves. And if you know deep down that you’re meant for more, but you keep starting, stopping, and losing momentum, I created a 3-day live training just for that. Meant for More is happening February 17–19. This is not motivation. This is not mindset fluff. This is self-leadership. Over three days, I’ll teach you how to stop letting old identities run the show, how to bring safety back online in your body, and how to move forward without forcing, fixing, or abandoning yourself. 87. 10 Things I Learned as a Lifelong Addict (and How I Changed My Relationship With It)

Addiction is not about the substance. It’s about relief. In this episode, I share the 10 most important things I learned during my hardest season living in addiction, specifically food addiction, but this conversation goes far beyond food. If you’ve ever felt trapped in a pattern you “should be past,” If you’ve carried shame about behaviors you don’t understand, If you’ve tried control, discipline, or willpower and still felt stuck, this episode will change how you see yourself. I break down why addiction is a nervous system pattern, not a character flaw, why shame fuels compulsive behavior, and why control only tightens the grip. I also share what I never learned in recovery rooms, how identity and self-leadership actually heal patterns, and why your body has never been sabotaging you, only protecting you. This is not a recovery conversation rooted in fear or scarcity. This is a self-leadership conversation rooted in safety, identity, and choice. If you’ve been reaching for food, work, money, approval, productivity, scrolling, or control to feel okay inside your body, this episode is for you. You are not broken. You are not powerless. And nothing is wrong with you. If this episode resonated and you want to actually practice this work in real time, I host Teachings & Practice every Thursday. It’s a live space where I teach these concepts, answer questions, and help you apply them to your real life, not just understand them intellectually. 86. 10 Things I Learned When I Stopped Letting My Mind Run the Show

For a long time, I thought the work was fixing my mind. Or just shutting it up. What I eventually learned was this my mind didn’t need fixing it needed leadership. In this episode, I’m sharing 10 things I learned when I stopped letting my mind run the show, after coming out of one of the longest and hardest seasons of my life. Because your brain on factory settings will always choose safety and smallness over truth and what’s actually possible. It pulls from the past to predict the future. It defaults to familiar patterns and energy conservation even when those patterns are costing you your body, your business, your confidence, or your peace. I walk you through how thoughts actually create results, why awareness alone doesn’t change behavior, how the brain and body work together to keep you stuck, and what it really looks like to interrupt self-sabotage in real time especially around money, food, visibility, boundaries, and ambition. I also share what I do when those factory settings try to take the lead and how to step into your power and stay there. This episode is about reclaiming the authority you handed over to fear, urges, conditioning, and old identities. You’ll hear how I stopped negotiating with my mind, learned to separate thoughts from decisions, and trained my nervous system to hold both ease and challenge as I stepped into bigger goals and higher-quality problems. If you’ve been doing the work, building awareness, and still feel like you gain momentum and then hide, this episode will show you why. And if you want support applying this in your own life: I’m hosting MEANT FOR MORE, a free 3-day live training February 17–19 at noon EST, where I teach why your mind defaults to smallness and how to lead yourself from your most powerful identity instead. 85. 10 Things I Learned After Years of Chronic Anxiety and Worry

Anxiety isn’t a flaw. It isn’t weakness. And it isn’t something you’re destined to live with forever. In this episode, I share 10 of the most important things I learned after living for years with chronic anxiety and worry, in my body, in my mind, and in my daily life. We talk about: Why anxiety is a messenger, not the enemy How worry becomes a false form of control The real reason your nervous system craves certainty Why safety doesn’t happen in your thoughts, it happens in your body How leadership, not avoidance, changes anxiety What happens when you stop abandoning yourself Why identity work was the deepest healing layer for me And how presence and slowness calm what urgency fuels This episode is not just about “getting rid” of anxiety. It’s about understanding it, leading it, and creating safety from the inside out. So when it does pop up you have the tools to "get rid of it" If anxiety has been running your life, this conversation will help you understand it differently, and show you what’s actually possible. If you want to learn in a live setting this is for you: You Get To Decide: Teachings + Practice Room: I am hosting a live weekly teaching and practice every Thursday at 12:00 PM Eastern, based on that week’s podcast episode.
