The BEST podcast for Rom-Com fans!
I will be the first to admit that I have an unabashed love for romantic comedies. I have to credit my old roommate Katie, who established a fun tradition of having us go check out the lastest one together. After we moved out and into separate apartments and relationships, our little tradition faded away. And that's why I love this podcast because it reminds me of the conversations Katie and I used to have the moment the credits would roll. What's even better is the signature cocktails that Amanda creates to pair with each episode. It's become me and my wife's new favorite thing.
Thank you, Joey and Amanda, for fulfilling my rom-com void. For anyone that loves rom-coms as much as I do, do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast.
endearing and honest
amanda and joey wield their pop culture backgrounds well by dissecting and appreciating the little moments, from a nod to matthew mcconaughey's out-of-place southern accent to what the deal is with nic cage's wooden hand. i love this podcast, and it shines a meaningful light on a genre that somehow ends up being the butt of most jokes (all hail the rom com!).
