Great content!

I finally had a chance to listen and you do an amazing job at bringing the content that listeners want to hear. I’m a single mom as well and I wish I learned to slow down and breathe when my children were younger. They are now 15 and 21, but I still practice self care everyday even if they are self sufficient. I wake up at 5:30, get my 15 year old off to school and once he’s gone I begin my routines of spiritual practices and exercise. Waking up early and getting all of this out of the way allows me the time to sit and have breakfast before I start my day. Waking up early also allows me to feel secure in being able to relax when I get home from work and gives me time to do mom duties. I feel good throughout the whole day and it also allows me to be my best self with others,which is important because I work in the human services field.
