Steve Biko's Black Consciousness movement rests on the assumption that Black people feel inferior, and that this needs to change in order for Blacks to liberate themselves—this is rather reductionist actually. My best friend and I expand on some of the themes in Biko's Black Consciousness, by using Fanon's Black Skin, White Masks and our own experience.
