So much information!
I love that this podcast presents on so many subjects which ALL have an impact on the brain and brain health, from trauma (both emotional and physical) to dental health to concussive and subconcussive impacts. As one who works with brain health and optimizing it’s performance, I love that it is all laid out in terms the lay person can understand.
