Lot of empty words

Concentrates too much on selling fear of all the negative aspect of the used car business. Makes it unwelcoming for new dealers to even join the business. Should concentrate more on being more positive and sell more on ways dealers can improve their practices not just rant on the negatives that most dealers already know.
