Your Guide to Birth Control (Part 1): Hormonal Birth Control The PCOS Nutritionist Podcast

    • Alternative Health

We should all have the right to choose the contraception that works for us - BUT also be FULLY informed of all the options we have available to us and the risks and benefits of those options.  You are entitled to make an informed choice.
In this podcast, I outline all of the hormonal options available to you, and the pros and cons of those.  There are also some specifics for those of us with PCOS in terms of choosing a hormonal contraceptive that’s not going to make PCOS symptoms worse (and in many cases can make them better). Be sure to share with your friends and family as this information is still very much applicable to them (unlike our more PCOS specific content).
