Your identity is what you repeatedly do The College Success Habits Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

Ep #32 - In this week's episode we discuss how your habits and what you consistently do become the foundation for your identity. I wouldn't call this show "College Success Habits" if I didn't think that the right habits determine success.
Your identity is what you repeatedly do. So if you get up on time, are organized for class, and arrive on time - then you could identify as a prepared student. If you wake up late, are unorganized for class, and arrive late - then you could identify yourself as an unprepared student. If you do this or countless other things, positive or negative, then they will make up the foundation for your identity - and will have great effect on the energy you put out into the world and that drives you.
We cover:
We are limiting ourselves in our lives because we are not using the right identity.
Start with whom you aspire to be and shift your identity to meet that aspiration.
Behavior, feelings, and identity - how shifting in which order you place these will radically alter your reality and sense of self.

A Strong sense of self drives the show
Who are you committed to being?

"Whether you think you can or think you can't you are right"
"It is not because things are difficult that you do not dare; its because you do not dare that things are difficult." - Lucious
