I usually don't listen to podcasts, but when I do it's a rewarding experience. The podcasts are so relaxing to listen to, and I also get to learn new things. It's also great to hear others ask things that you can relate to, and get insight on the predicament.

Great podcast w/ room for improvement

Dr. Christine speaks in positive calm tones and is very adept at not assuming people’s problems. I would say that it is beneficial to know how Chris as a layperson sees the problems sometimes, but I think you should be careful about using the platform to give advice as you are not a psychologist.

Also, this podcast should include people of color/eastern approach to mental health/ other approaches depending on which countries it has a majority of following, so that it is more inclusive and applicable to your audience.

So helpful!

This podcast helps to center me and give me knowledge that supplements what I get from my team of professionals. It is incredibly useful just to hear other people talk about similar issues to what I’m experiencing. Thank you so much for these informative sessions!
