Great podcast - ads are a bit overbearing
Love the actual podcast but the advertisements in the beginning are very unsettling/jolting. Not ideal for one of the first things I hear in the morning. Honestly sends my nervous system.
The ads, ugh
I tried with this one, I really did. But as other reviewers have said, the ads totally ruin it. I understand ads are necessary, but there is no reason ads should be loud and obnoxious. They jar me abruptly out of the mind space I’m working to cultivate. Other meditation podcasts have the host read the ad so it blends seamlessly with the podcast content.
Bad mix
Sound mix is awful and not conducive to relaxation
