Matias helps guide young adults who have dropped out of school (a whopping 30% of young adults leave school prematurely, without qualifications in Norway) to find their passions and pursue their future confidently. These young people feel overwhelmed and like their options are limited; Matias is helping these people grow and disregard their perceived limitations. He is shaping the future generations of Norway, and we can learn so much from him.
