The education of Lisa Spagnoli!
One of my oldest and dearest homies, Lisa Spagnoli has always been an interesting person to me. Shes like the book you read with more interesting and fun facts and stories in every chapter. these latest chapters have definitely been the most interesting and we dive into. Lisa makes everyone smile, so good luck trying not to as we dive into numerous topics. This is a good one, AND we fix our sound issues midway - yah!!!
Let's go on a peaceful journey with Eric Sanchez
I got to do an episode of the podcast with an amazing dude and my colab bro, Eric Sanchez. Trust me, its a good one!
Let's go back to the Thinking chair with Meghan Lynn
The Thinking chair was a real thing, btw. I've known Meghan for over 20 years since meeting her at Marian. We've run in each other's circles all the while and relatively stayed in touch casually over the years, but not life bffs. My reaching out to her was on dumb luck, conversation from another episode, but the more I thought about it, the more I needed to talk to her. And I knew because of our weird relationship Meghan would give me the answers to the questions I had. A truly eye-opening and honest convo, still lots of fun, but learned so much. An appreciation of sharing of honesty on my side cant be measured. This was good one, with a really cool chick. Check it out. Oh yeah, I make my announcement here too.
Tell me more about Taylor Swift & Nickleback with Amanda Derks!
In the past year there's no one I've spent more time on zoom calls or random messaging than Amanda Derks, and we've only really known each other for less than a year, lol. Nevertheless Derks has been everywhere Ive been these past months Marian-related, including getting me enrolled back into Marian. This was a fun interview and easily one of my favorites. Very silly yet super informative, youll definitely learn a little bit about our littkle school and about Derks as well. We even mention the great Keri Holz (i think you have to put "The Great" in front of her name every time you say it.) Anyways this was fun so check it out. And if youre like me and didnt finish school or looking to start but want to go online hit up Derks, she'll help ya out!!!~
Telling stories with John Lisbon Wood
Actor/writer/director John Lisbon Wood has left his mark in American tv & theater. A truly remarkable career now being capped off with two amazing projects focusing on the 1921 Tulsa massacre. With a play (with Oscar-nominated Tevin Thomas) and book on the way, we dive right into it! Plus John is an OG of the Chicago Theater Softball League, and we get into that as well. A really fun and fascinating episode, it was super hot so the fans muffle us up a little but should should be able to hear us clear enough. Get more info on John's projects on his website listed at the top, and if Chicago PD is looking for an actor to chase and throw on the ground I think we found your guy!!!
