You've Been Gilmored

I consider you and Blake my podcast friends since I’ve heard every podcast of their Outlander, This Is Us, Gilmore Girls, Bridgerton and The Crown. Lol. I love you guys so much. You make me laugh and cry and get all the feels. I’ve watched your IG story as you recover from long Covid and send you love and light through the airways; however that works. And a kudos for Minute With Mary: I have been working remotely for over six years and basically stopped wearing makeup daily until I saw your IG post a couple months ago when you explained how often we see ourselves throughout the day and what a difference a little mascara and lip color will do for our reflection. A simple way to feel good about what we see in the mirror. Something about that really clicked and I’ve been wearing makeup more often especially my busy meeting days. I feel put together and my best self. Thanks to you both for your authenticity, vulnerability and all the laughs. I regret not communicating sooner because y’all have been a regular part of my life for years. Just because I’ve been a quiet fan has no bearing on the fact that your stories have impacted my life.

Mary and Blake drew me in with their Potterverse podcast. I heard them mention You’ve Been Gilmored and had to find it. This couple is hilarious in their harmony and their disputes about the show! I love their focus on the relationships. I love getting to commune with others that love the Gilmore universe. Blake’s male perspective and the fact that he got his guy friends watching is fantastic. These guys start to feel like family just like the Starr’s Hollow crew! This is definitely worth the time of a Gilmore Girls fan!

So I’m all caught up with Outlandercast & am honestly missing Blake & Mary, & I LOVE Gilmore Girls, so, it was only natural to start this podcast. Thanks for being so much FUN to listen to, Mary & Blake! 💕
