Insights and entertainment
I treat this show like I’m having a beer with Brett as he chats about his experience and insight. Don’t expect to be taking detailed training notes every other sentence because some of his anecdotes can take the long road home. It is an entertaining and helpful unpacking of his endurance racing and everyday training experiences (backed by years upon years of training experimentation and analysis)
Glad your back.

My first outdoor tri this July 14th in Flintstone, MD. XTERRA
Hi Tri Team!!
I am super pumped to be doing my first outdoor triathlon. It is a pleasure to listen to your podcast today to get more enriched with the motivation of the 12-year-old swimmer. I personally was a competitive swimmer growing up since I was six years old. Swimming was my life. It is so enriching to have such a part of my daily practice as a child, swimming got hours, back into my truest life as an adult. If you’re interested to follow more about me or my training, follow me on Instagram @nicoles_art_creations.

I hope all is well. Happy Zen. Happy outdoors to you and yours!!
